We process the information you provide in the survey (e.g., ratings and free-text comments), and—if indicated—your name and the name of your company.

Voluntary Participation
Participation in this survey is voluntary. Providing your name is optional and is used solely to enable us to follow up on inquiries when necessary. Non-participation has no impact on your existing or future business relationship with us.

Use of Jotform as Service Provider
For the execution of this survey, we use the online form tool Jotform, operated by Jotform Inc. and Jotform Ltd.
All data is transmitted exclusively via secure, encrypted connections.
We have entered into a data processing agreement with Jotform pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR for data storage and processing.

Data processing takes place on servers located within the European Union.
Jotform implements the required technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Recipients of the Data
The collected data will be processed exclusively internally. Data will not be shared with third parties, except through the use of Jotform as a data processor or where a legal obligation exists.

Storage Period
Your responses will be stored for a maximum of 12 months and will then be deleted, unless statutory retention requirements apply.

Your Rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data at any time, as well as correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
